I graduated from Springfield College with a degree in Athletic Training. After graduating I continued to learn and continue my education. I have worked in the sports medicine world, traditional gyms, yoga studios, and even worked as an Injury Prevention Specialist for a Fortune 500 company.

You will develop a deeper understanding of fitness and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love, relationships, subtle energy, as well as blocked emotions, and limiting beliefs. I also provide individualized workouts that are based on your body and goals. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
