During this 4-week group workout program I will help you let go of your inauthentic workout routine and create a practice that is spent doing movements that make you feel alive, healthy, and connected.

I have created a workout program that is authentically different because it is cycle based and focused on feeling great and not getting smaller. This program is based on the cycles of the moon and the cycles within your body. Over the course of one complete moon cycle you will learn how to honor and respect your body through intentional workouts I create for you. Meeting your body where it is at and treating the workouts has movement medicine.

How many times have you told yourself that you were going to start a new workout on Monday?

How many times have you marked up your calendar with your new workout schedule?

Have you missed one day and then felt like a failure?

Are you confused why one day you’re ready to sign up for a half marathon and then the next you count napping as your workout?


I have been there:


  • I have signed up for month long memberships at workout boutiques and never felt fully connected to any of them.

  • I redeemed that orange theory free class offer and still get their text messages for a studio that I am over 1,000 miles away from.

  • I have printed out the Insanity calendar more times than I could count. I would start the first three days and then if I missed one day I would tell myself that I was lazy and couldn’t commit. So I gave up.

  • I would find a workout that I loved and then do it again a week or two later and couldn’t make it through the whole thing. I was so frustrated. I was so out of sync with what my body needed.


Then shifted my mindset.


I stopped using words like lazy to describe myself when my body was tired. My body needs to rest and I will honor that, and in that rest is where I get my power. My power to show up as my truest self, to say yes to exciting new adventures, to connect with my intuition, and heal. Using the moon cycles as a guide, I also discovered that my body needs to be pushed and a high intensity workout is exactly what it needs some days. I learned to turn my focus to my body, and ask “What do I need?” I ask myself where I was in my cycle and then noticed how I feel. I look up at the moon and notice what phase it was in and then turn inward to how I feel. Moving my body now feels empowering. Exercising feels aligned and so natural.

Hi! I’m Michelle. I am a certified athletic trainer, personal trainer, IIN health coach, reiki practitioner, and lover of new experiences. I created this program because I wanted a program that felt in-tuned with my body. I wanted to honor both my feminine and masculine energy through my workouts. Using the moon as a guide to create a community of women to do these workouts together was the perfect solution. I wanted to change how we view our workouts. I wanted to change how we approached and talk about them. There are so many reasons to move your body that have nothing to do with how you look but how you feel.

What you will receive:


  • Weekly workouts based on the phase of the moon. This will be a mix of 2 pre recorded workouts and 1 live class per week.

  • Weekly themes and info about the moon cycles and our feminine cycles and how to put them to practice not only in our workouts but in our day to day activities.

  • Two group women’s circles that can be attended live. These will also be recorded to watch later. One on the new moon (5/22/20) and one on the full moon (6/5/20).

  • Private accountability facebook group

  • Space to be honest and open with how you feel

  • Confidence to honor your natural cycles


Modules:

Week 1 Module: New Moon/Menstruation Phase

  • New moon circle

  • Setting intentions

  • Low impact movements, mobility + stability

Week 2 Module: Waxing Moon/Follicular Phase

  • Trying new things

  • Cardio based workouts

Week 3 Module: Full Moon/Ovulation Phase

  • Full Moon circle

  • Letting go of what is no longer serving you

  • Boot camp, circuit training workouts

Week 4 Module: Waning Moon/ Luteal Phase

  • Organizing and releasing

  • Strength training + fine tuning


Why the moon?

As women, we are uniquely connected to the moon. The moon is feminine and goes through cycles just like women. The moon cycle is 29 ½ days. Our period cycle mimics the moon cycle. We are constantly changing like the moon. There is always time for new beginnings. Own your cycle. Use the energy of the moon to start fresh and grow in different areas.


This program is focused on four distinct phases of the moon cycle. New moon, waxing, full moon, and waning. Each phase offers us an opportunity to connect with ourselves and our purpose. During each phase of the moon and our menstrual cycle, our bodies need different kinds of exercise. Cycle awareness and syncing in relation to working out can save you from exhaustion, burn-out, hormonal imbalance-based health issues, injury, and boredom. Once you have the right information about how your body really works, you can start making healthy choices that finally start to work for you.


You do not have to be super spiritual to take this course. It is all about letting go and releasing your limiting beliefs around working out. To create new patterns that are aligned with what your body needs.
